Assist in organizing and executing engaging activity programs for residents to encourage socialization and personal growth. Maintain the monthly calendar and coordinate outings, visits, and volunteers under the direction of management.
Candidates should be creative, high-energy, and compassionate with experience in elderly therapeutic programs. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are required.
