• Sunday: 10PM to 8:30AM Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. This position offers a more personalized care model, allowing for stronger patient outcomes and professional satisfaction.

• Pay: $45/hour Opportunity to earn up to $53/hour with applicable differentials:
• Trach: +$2/hour
• Vent: +$3/hour
• Nights: +$2/hour
• Weekends: +$3/hour

Vent experience preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization required.
