Hanley Center Home Health Aide

Description Complete Home Care Private Duty is seeking experienced and professional CNAs to support patients within the Hanley Center behavioral health and detox setting. Caregivers will be responsible for close patient supervision, safety monitoring, assistance with ADLs, fall prevention, and communication with facility nursing staff.Staff must maintain professionalism, strong observation skills, and remain engaged with assigned patients at all times.Requirements: Active Florida CNA License Current CPR/BLS Certification Level 2 Background Screening Reliable transportation Professional communication skills Ability to work in fast paced behavioral health environment

Active Florida CNA License Current CPR/BLS Certification Level 2 Background Screening Reliable transportation Professional communication skills Ability to work in fast paced behavioral health environment Preferred Experience: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Substance Abuse / Detox Mental Health / Behavioral Health Fall prevention and patient supervision Shift Needs: Day shifts Overnight shifts Weekend availability preferred Key Responsibilities: Maintain close supervision of assigned patient Assist with ADLs and safety monitoring Report changes in condition immediately Follow Hanley Center and agency policies Complete required documentation Maintain professional conduct at all times
