Provide basic patient care activities and non-professional services to ensure patient comfort. Assist nursing staff in meeting the personal needs of patients within the Telemetry unit.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and successful completion of a Certified Nurse Aide training program with a current certification. BCLS certification is required, and previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
St. Mary's Medical Center is looking for a Certified Nurse Aide to assist in providing basic patient care activities for which employee has been prepared as well as non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
High School Diploma/GED required. Successful completion of Certified Nurse Aide training program required. Certification must be valid and current.
Experience preferred, but not required.
Verbal ability required to communicate with patients and understand instructions received from nursing staff; manual dexterity required to use hands easily and skillfully while aiding patients. BCLS required.
