Salary Range

• $75,000 – $90,000 annually for master’s-level clinicians; $90,000 – $105,000 for doctoral-level clinicians (DOE) Hiring Bonus Available! About the Role

• As a Mental Health Therapist at ACP, you’ll deliver high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services to adults experiencing diverse mental health challenges, including:
• Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
• Depression and anxiety
• Substance use disorders
• Cognitive decline and dementia
• Complex medical and psychosocial issues

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and mental health interventions.
• Travel to various medical and community settings to reach clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in-office care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• What We’re Looking For
• Master’s or Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with diverse and older populations.

Salary Range

• Compensation depends on licensure, experience, schedule, and caseload.
• Master’s-level licensed clinicians (LICSW, LMFT): Starting salary range $75,000 – $90,000 annually
• Doctoral-level licensed clinicians (LP, PsyD, PhD): Starting salary range $90,000 – $105,000 annually
