Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Part-Time Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, helping ensure their comfort, safety, and overall well-being in a supportive healthcare environment.

- Compensation: Starting at $37-$38 per hour (DOE) Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, assess, and document residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutritional support. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition to the supervising RN or physician. Adhere to infection prevention protocols, safety procedures, and HIPAA regulations. Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while providing emotional support to residents and their families. Qualifications Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or long-term care setting preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
