Job description

Corewell Health is seeking an experienced APP (Advanced Practice Provider) to join our established Primary Care team at the South Pavilion Integrated Care Campus.
Enjoy a four (4) day-work week at this busy outpatient setting along with strong collaboration and coordination among providers and team members.
Team-based care is supplemented with behavioral health, care management and medical assistants that work one-to-one with the providers.
Experience is required.
Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants required as we care for patients of all ages.
