Provide clinical and case management services to individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders within jail settings. Facilitate the transition of released consumers to community services and maintain a network of community referrals.
A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field and a valid Driver's License are required. Candidates must meet Virginia requirements for a Qualified Mental Health Professional or Trainee.

Provides services to mentally ill and co-occurring individuals in incarcerated settings. Aids in transitioning consumers who are released from local jails to arrange for services with AHCS, if services are desired by consumer and/or required to maintain consumer's stability in community Establishes and maintains community referral network and advocates for services on behalf of individuals and their families
