Position Summary

• Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands-on support to patients while utilizing AI-supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Spend more time delivering care and less time on paperwork. Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients. Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time. Work-Life Balance: Cut down on after-hours documentation, allowing more time for family and personal priorities. Enhanced Efficiency: Experience an easier transition to technology-driven workflows that simplify compliance with care standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring. Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits. Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden. Education and/or Experience Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year as an LVN (6 months home care preferred). Certifications/Licenses: California Licensed Vocational Nurse required upon hire; Infusion and Venipuncture Certification required; National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required upon request. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
