If you share our passion for supporting patients on their journey, we invite you to join our exceptional team. We are seeking a passionate full-time Senior Embryologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of andrology and embryology procedures essential to successful IVF treatments. This role requires both technical expertise and strong organizational skills to manage patient cycles, laboratory documentation, and daily lab operations. Responsibilities Perform core embryology and andrology procedures, including semen analysis, sperm preparations, oocyte identification, embryo evaluations, and embryo transfers. Prepare culture dishes and media using sterile techniques; conduct daily quality control checks and routine equipment maintenance. Manage cryogenic storage, monitor liquid nitrogen levels, and ensure proper handling of specimens. Maintain accurate patient records, prepare IVF charts and labels, verify consents, and assemble cycle-specific documentation packets. Coordinate IVF cycle logistics, including patient summaries, FET and oocyte thaw scheduling, and treatment plan verification. Perform preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) biopsies using laser-assisted biopsy techniques, and coordinate specimen labeling and shipment to genetic testing partners. Enter and manage data across multiple lab databases and assist with QA audits as needed. Support inventory control, supply restocking, and general lab organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with Technical Supervisor (ABB) certification, or a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences. Technical expertise gained within fertility clinic environment, particularly PGT biopsies. Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills. Requirements
