Position Overview TLC Wellness is hiring a full-time, fully licensed outpatient therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of presenting concerns. This is intentionally a broad clinical opportunity. Specific populations, specialties, and areas of focus will depend on the strengths, interests, and experience of the right clinician. We are particularly interested in providers who are thoughtful, flexible, collaborative, and interested in contributing to the continued development of services within a growing practice. Core Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations.
Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans based on client goals and clinical presentation.
Provide evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community supports when appropriate
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically indicated.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical programming and systems as the practice grows
Participate in team consultation and professional development opportunities. Help shape specialty programming and service offerings
Contribute to group development and community partnerships
Participate in outreach and relationship-building efforts
Collaborate on systems and workflow development within a growing practice

Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
