What you’ll be doing

Be a
Partner in
Health: You’ll assist individuals with daily health tasks and help them understand their own health journeys.
Be an
Advocate: You’ll work closely with doctors and support teams to ensure everyone gets the preventative care they deserve.
Be a
Teacher: You’ll share your knowledge by training and supporting our amazing direct care staff.
Be a
Clinical
Pro: From administering medications to monitoring vital signs, you’ll use your full range of nursing skills.

Schedule

Days, NO WEEKENDS or ON-CALL - Must work 24 hours every quarter.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

We believe in a culture of belonging, connection, and faithfulness. To join our team in Grand Island, you’ll need:
The Right Credentials: An active RN license in Nebraska (or the state of practice) and a degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
Experience: At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.
Safety First: A valid driver’s license and current CPR/First Aid certification.
A Can-Do Attitude: The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable being on the move—walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
