The LPN is responsible for applying nursing procedures to care for a designated group of patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. They must also perform waive testing and maintain competency through training and manufacturer manuals.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a valid LPN license for the State of New York. Experience in mental health, alcoholism, and chemical addiction is preferred.
Arms Acres in Seminary, NY is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Inpatient Facility. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and is responsible and accountable for the application of nursing procedures in the care of a designated group of patients. Demonstrates knowledge and competency in the performance of waive testing through training, updated knowledge of the manufacturers' manuals and annual observation of routine work by the supervisor or a delegate.
Different Shifts available
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a valid LPN license to practice in the State of New York. Prior experience/knowledge of alcoholism, chemical addiction, and mental health experience preferred. We are an equal opportunity employer according to all current standards.
