Liberty Family Medicine FT / 80 hours per pay period Summary of Position

A Nurse Practitioner for Premier Physician Network (PPN) provides primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in the center following established standards and practices of the center and PPN.

• Willingness to follow standard practice of medicine.
• Adhere to office policies and procedures and all Federal, State, and Local billing requirements to include HIPAA Privacy and Security.
• Must understand and adhere to “incident to” policies.

Qualifications

1. BSN required; MSN preferred. 2. Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with active State issued licensure with no restrictions and Certificate to Prescribe. 3. Current Ohio licensure as a registered nurse. 4. Current Certification in field. 5. Current CPR/BCLS, ACLS or PALS certifications.
