This full-time position is Monday–Friday, 11 PM–7:30 AM and includes additional shift differentials. Qualifications We are looking for passionate, dedicated individuals who meet the following minimum qualifications and can contribute to a supportive environment for our residents: Minimum Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required). Heartsavers CPR Certification: Must obtain Heartsavers CPR certification within 90 days of hire and maintain it for continued employment. Level 1 Medication Aide (LIMA) Licensure: Complete the licensure course and exam within the first 90 days of employment. Certification must remain current per the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services (DHSS). Driver’s License: Obtain a valid Class E Missouri or Kansas driver’s license. Must be comfortable and competent operating a 15-passenger van within 3 months of employment and obey all traffic laws while on duty. Family Care Registry Clearance: Successfully clear the Family Care Registry background check.
Complete all required training as outlined during orientation and by leadership within established timelines for continued employment.
Lived Experience: Personal lived experience with recovery from mental health or substance use disorders is valued in our setting. Patient Care Experience: Preference for candidates with documented experience assisting patients with activities of daily living (e.g. home health or residential experience).
