Provide person-centered occupational therapy to improve residents' independence, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities include evaluating physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Requires an active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy license and good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and familiarity with Net Health Electronic Documentation are preferred.
