What You’ll Do

Provide in-home speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver functional communication and feeding interventions.
Educate patients and families to support progress and safety.
Document care in EMR to support clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

Active Minnesota SLP license.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
EMR experience preferred.
Strong interest in independent, home-based care.
