The SANE RN provides compassionate, non-judgmental medical-forensic examinations and crisis intervention for sexual assault victims. Responsibilities include conducting prophylaxis for infections, documenting evidence, and offering referrals for psychological and legal support.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license, a valid driver's license, and have at least two years of nursing experience. Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum certification is required within 6-12 months of employment.

The Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Program Coordinator, the RN will function as a member of the SANE Team. The SANE RN will provide timely, non-judgmental, compassionate care to the sexual assault victim. This is a per diem position.
