• DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Provide direct care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to an assigned group of patients.
• Plan, direct, and/or participate in the education of the patient, family, community, and health professionals.
• Report pertinent observations and reactions regarding patients to the appropriate person (i.e. physicians, head nurse, charge nurse, and/or nursing supervisor) and record those observations accurately and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications

Participation in a professional nursing organization. Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
