$18 - $22 / HOUR
Provide compassionate personal care and supportive services to hospice patients in various residential settings. Collaborate with a licensed nursing team to implement individualized plans of care and document patient observations in the EMR system.
Must possess an active Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) certification and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and basic computer proficiency for documentation are required.
Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities available.
St. Anthony’s is seeking compassionate and dedicated Hospice Care Aides to join our home hospice team in providing exceptional end-of-life care throughout our community. This role requires a balance of clinical support skills, emotional intelligence and compassion to ensure patients receive comfort, dignity and support during one of life’s most difficult journeys.

The Hospice CNA / SRNA provides compassionate personal care and supportive services to hospice patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, nursing facilities and other residential care settings under the direction and supervision of the licensed nursing team. Care is provided in accordance with each patient’s individualized Plan of Care, organizational standards and hospice regulations.
The Hospice CNA / SRNA plays an important role in supporting patient comfort, dignity and quality of life while assisting patients and families throughout the hospice journey.
Day shift position, Monday through Friday.
Daily start and end times may vary based on patient assignments, scheduling needs and census demands.
Occasional flexibility may be required to meet patient care needs. Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities available.
