Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist

• As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting clinic operations.
• You’ll work closely with providers in hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and overall wellness care.

• Key Responsibilities Record manual vitals.
• Perform routine blood draws (phlebotomy).
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider.
• Maintain lab equipment, ensure accurate documentation, and perform quality control checks.
• Run in-house labs or prepare samples for outside testing.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and supply organization.
• Provide support to front desk operations when needed.
• Foster positive relationships with patients and providers.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (required). Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification (preferred). Minimum 3 months of relevant medical experience (phlebotomy, injections, vitals) OR completion of 180-hour externship. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Experience with venipuncture and injections highly preferred. Clinic Hours Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
