We are looking for a licensed Psychotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor.

If you’re looking for a role that respects your clinical autonomy, offers total schedule control, and lets you work from your favorite home office (or your couch—we won’t tell), let’s talk.

The Role at a Glance As a 1099 Contractor, you are in charge of your own schedule.

You provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload, while we handle the backend logistics so you can focus on what actually matters: helping people heal.

Remote (Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection)
Schedule: Fully flexible. You set your own hours—morning person or night owl, it’s up to you. What You’ll Be Doing Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. Providing evidence-based individual (and/or group/couples) therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform. Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation (soap notes, treatment plans, etc.). Managing your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity.

Must hold a valid, unrestricted license

Skill: Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
