ABOUT KAISER WRAPAROUND [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0MWKu3Lrx4E]
This Kaiser Wraparound program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca, providing behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. The program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization). Team members work with children and families providing services for the case load of 8 -10 clients almost exclusively in the community: in families’ homes, schools, other community locations within Marin County.
Seneca has been nominated among the Bay Area’s Top Workplaces [https://topworkplaces.com/company/seneca-family-of-agencie/bayarea/] for several consecutive years. We’re committed to providing traditionally marginalized communities with a network of excellent mental health, community-based, and educational services. We are committed to building a diverse staff. Our programs deeply engage in conversations and training on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion [https://senecadei.wordpress.com/] to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.

Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology and registration with the California BBS. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
Market context
In California, hybrid social worker and therapist roles are often in steady demand because agencies need clinicians who can provide both counseling and case support while meeting state licensure and supervision requirements. These positions are competitive when candidates already hold a relevant master’s degree, California BBS registration, and can handle on-call coverage; review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time before applying. A practical next step is to confirm your BBS status, driver’s license, and availability for hybrid work and on-call rotation.
