Provide physical therapy management for patients as part of a post-graduate training program under professional supervision. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, establishing treatment goals, implementing therapy programs, and providing patient education.
Requires a degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum and a valid California Physical Therapist license. Basic Life Support and a National Provider Identifier are required at the time of hire.
To provide physical therapy management of patients referred by a medical practitioner as part of a post-graduate physical therapy training program. The Physical Therapy Resident will function under the supervision of the local rehabilitation services leader. Patient management will be specific to the age and diagnosis of the patient.
One (1) year experience working as a PT preferred. Prior post graduate course work in orthopedic PT or other relevant course work preferred.
