This is a unique opportunity to join an exceptional sub-specialized neurology team during an exciting period of strategic growth.

We are seeking a specialist who thrives in an innovative, patient-centered, collaborative environment in one of the most desirable locations in the United States.

MarinHealth Neurology is focused on providing specialized care to patients with neurologic conditions throughout the North Bay.

We offer comprehensive treatment to patients with conditions including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s and other movement disorders; memory loss/Dementia/Alzheimer’s; neuromuscular disorders; concussion & brain injury; spine; neuropathic pain; headaches & migraines; brain tumors; Epilepsy; and TIA/stroke.

MarinHealth Medical Center is a designated Primary Care Stroke Center and is the only hospital in the North Bay to be named a Five-Star Recipient in the Treatment of Stroke™ by Healthgrades.

Additionally, MarinHealth’s relationship with UCSF provides seamless care between these institutions and offers patients the resources of a renowned teaching institution and access to many clinical trials.

The Position Enjoy working as part of our expanding neurology program, providing general and sub-specialized neurology care in our ambulatory clinics (located in Sausalito and Novato).

Opportunity to participate in IP coverage Collegial environment with exceptional quality and talented support staff.

FT or PT opportunity available, with employment through Prima Medical Group.

EPIC integrated electronic health records utilized The Position Requirements M.D. or D.O.

Fellowship in Movement Disorder, EEG or Dementia Board certified or eligible (with intent to become certified within 1 year) Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.

Practice evidence based medicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences.

Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is $325,000 - $375,000.

Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules.

Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.

Competitive guaranteed salary for 2 years with move to productivity Year 3.

Comprehensive benefits package (for employed position) including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Long Term Disability (LTD) and basic life insurance, with a voluntary life insurance option, EAP and a retirement plan with employer match.
