$19 - $20 / HOUR
Provide high-quality, resident-centered care by assisting with activities of daily living and monitoring vital signs. Support the physical and emotional needs of residents while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing. Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred along with the ability to meet physical demands.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and document resident conditions, vital signs, and changes in behavior Provide emotional support and promote resident dignity and independence Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks as assigned Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control standards Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends or holidays as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including lifting and assisting residents Pay Range (EEOC Disclosure) $18.50 – $20.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience) Why Join Highland Palms Supportive and collaborative work environment Meaningful work making a difference in residents’ lives Competitive pay based on experience Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Highland Palms is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
