The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, conducting patient assessments, and administering treatments. They also supervise LVNs and CNAs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted California RN license and a current CPR/BLS certification. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

We provide 24-hour nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services in a compassionate, patient-centered environment, supporting residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring resident safety, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of residents Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate services Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions Ensure compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards Qualifications Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR/BLS certification Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Schedule Part-time (schedule may vary; weekends/holidays as needed) Why Join Us?
