Full-Time Physical Therapist Role Overview We are hiring a Physical Therapist to provide direct care for patients who need support with movement, recovery, and physical function. In this role, you will evaluate patient needs, design practical care plans, guide treatment sessions, and help patients understand the steps needed to improve safely.

Responsibilities

Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments Develop individualized plans of care for each patient Treat patients with pain, weakness, limited mobility, balance issues, or post-surgical needs Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities Use appropriate hands-on treatment techniques within scope of practice Review progress and adjust care plans based on response to treatment Position Highlights Full-Time Physical Therapist position Competitive salary based on experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Collaborative and supportive clinical team Modern outpatient orthopedic setting Opportunity for professional growth and development Preferred Work Schedule Options We offer flexibility and would strongly prefer one of the following schedules: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days (Preferred) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday – Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Clinic Information Patient Volume: 7-15 patients per day Clinic Volume: Approximately 160-190 patient visits per week Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) EMR System: WebPT Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Current Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education skills Ability to communicate clearly with patients and healthcare team members Outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Insurance Plans Accepted Our clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Career Move This is a great opportunity to step into a structured Physical Therapist role with strong pay, weekday hours, and meaningful patient care.
