About the role

Evaluates patients to establish physical therapy diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. Collaborates with care delivery teams and supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.

What You Will Do

Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services. Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment. Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment. Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery. Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.

What you will need

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher. Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher and current Wisconsin state licensure. BLS certification is required, and at least one year of related experience is preferred.
