Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Responsibilities

Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth therapy appointments Complete clinical intakes and ongoing client evaluations Develop treatment goals that are clear, realistic, and measurable Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief, stress, and relationship difficulties Keep clinical records accurate, organized, and up to date Review progress with clients and adjust treatment direction as needed Follow state, federal, and professional requirements for remote mental health care Recognize safety concerns and follow proper clinical protocols Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency Reliable internet connection and a private space for virtual sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Stable Monday–Friday schedule Competitive annual salary of $115,000–$120,000 If you are ready to continue your clinical work from a remote setting while serving clients across Texas, take the next step in your LCSW career with us.
