• Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing home settings. Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.

Licensure

Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and Board Certification.
