Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient observations.
Record and analyze patients' medical histories and symptoms.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, and contribute to existing ones.
Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
Diagnose acute and chronic health issues and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
Monitor and operate medical equipment as needed.
Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Consult with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty practice.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in electronic medical records.
Education: Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure
Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license. Must be Board Certified.
Experience
Strongly preferred 1 year of experience (but still open to new grads).
Language
Must be bilingual in Bengali or have relevant experience supporting Bengali-speaking or comparable communities.
