Responsibilities

• Complete internal nursing assessments.
• Competent in assessing, planning, and delivering care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
• The nurse continually assesses and reassesses the patient’s medical and psychiatric status and changing needs.
• Participates with other team members in planning and implementing the patient’s treatment plan.
• Works with both adult and adolescent population.
• Hours Full Time, 3 12-hour shifts per week, 7am to 7:30pm for day shift, including an every other weekend rotation.
