The Medical Clinic Technician assists nurses by preparing patients and charts for medication appointments and managing clinic flow. Key duties include obtaining vital signs, handling prior authorizations, and coordinating care with healthcare professionals.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for two years of medical environment experience. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and are encouraged to be pursuing a CMA or Nursing degree.
The Medical Clinic Technician (MCT) will be responsible for assisting the nurse in preparing patients and their charts for medication appointments. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to managing the flow of patients through the clinic, including obtaining vital signs and verifying medications, and assisting the nurse with various duties, including handling phone calls and patient questions. Travel between Bowen Health locations such as Warsaw, Columbia City and Fort Wayne will be required. Hours are listed below.

Hours for this job are as following: Monday 8a-4pm (Columbia City)
Tuesday 8a-3: 30pm (Warsaw)
Wednesday 8am-6: 30pm (Warsaw)
Thursday 8am-5pm (Fort Wayne- Goshen Rd)
