The role involves providing direct patient care in a dialysis clinic, including obtaining blood samples and documenting treatments. The LVN/LPN is responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with the Charge Nurse and Biomedical Technicians.
Candidates must hold a current LVN/LPN license and obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and the ability to distinguish primary colors are required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
