• Description LindenGrove Menomonee Falls, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• We offer short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults.
• Our campus is conveniently located next to Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, and focuses on providing outstanding medical rehabilitation services to our community.
• We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within.
• Full-time or Part-time positions available PM shifts, 2-10:30pm $2 shift differential added to base rate for any PM or NOC shift worked $30-32.75 per hour, based on experience Eligible for Sign On Bonus Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin. Active CPR
