Position Details

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)Schedule Options: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN / CoverageSetting: Skilled Nursing + Long-Term CareCoverage Area: DuBois, PA | St. Marys, PA | Emporium, PA What You’ll Do Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams including PTAs, OTs, and SLPs Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards Provide flexible therapy coverage and support across multiple facilities as needed Travel-Style Coverage Model This role is designed for therapists who enjoy variety and flexibility: ✔ Support 2–3 nearby facilities✔ Maintain consistency while avoiding long-distance travel✔ Flexible scheduling options available✔ Mileage reimbursement provided for multi-site coverage Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay Competitive hourly rates based on experience Mileage reimbursement for travel between assigned buildings Full-Time Benefits (30+ Hours) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Part-Time Benefits (20–29 Hours) 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Why AdvantageCare Rehabilitation?
