The File Clerk supports the Director of Rehabilitation with office administration and non-resident related activities. Key duties include maintaining patient records, managing therapy equipment inventory, and preparing treatment environments.

File Clerk Summary: The File Clerk assists the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) with non-resident related activities and office administration duties.Essential

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare environment and equipment for patient treatment. Participate in facility and departmental meetings as appropriate. Maintain inventory of therapy equipment and supplies. Maintain appropriate patient records as directed by Reliant’s management of records or soft files policy. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, memos, and reports

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Computer Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Basic Internet navigation skills Interested in learning about us or other opportunities?
