Requires a degree in Physical Therapy and an active, unencumbered license in South Carolina. Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings and familiarity with PointClickCare and Casamba are preferred.

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, function, and overall independence. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and rehab meetings Supervise PTAs, therapy aides, and students Provide in-service training and education for staff Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred) Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in South Carolina (required) Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills Commitment to continuing education and professional development Why Join Reedy River Post Acute?
