The Registered Nurse will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.
Available Opportunities Full and Part-time positions NOC and PRN shifts available 8-hour shifts Every other weekend Pay Rate: $37.80 to $42.67 per hour, dependent upon experience

Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin in good standing. Active CPR Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
