Market context

Ohio psychiatric NP roles remain selective

In Ohio, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner roles are typically competitive because employers look for advanced clinical training, behavioral health experience, and current DEA authorization. This role requires an MSN, PMHNP licensure, at least 3 years of nursing experience, and 1 year in behavioral health, so applicants with direct psychiatric care backgrounds may stand out. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your licensure, DEA status, and behavioral health experience before applying.
