Must possess a current LPN license in Texas, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Home health experience is preferred, and candidates must pass pre-employment screenings.

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
Shifts: Full time and part time available, alternating weekends
