Provide clinical services, including individual and family therapy, to children and adolescents at risk of hospitalization. Manage a caseload of 8-9 cases while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to implement the Yale IICAPS model.
Requires a Master's degree in Marriage & Family, Clinical Counseling, or an equivalent field, and must be licensed or license-eligible. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and experience in crisis intervention and systemic treatment.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) desired. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to climb several flights of stairs Must be able to work with clients in a variety of settings WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT Evening and/or occasional weekends are required Ability to be flexible with work schedule
