Must be at least 18 years old with an active CNA certification in South Carolina. Experience with PointClickCare is preferred along with strong communication skills.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being while supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Follow individualized care plans and support the interdisciplinary team Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required) Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Cherrydale Post Acute?
