Work Environment
You will work onsite in an outpatient clinical setting.
Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$255,000 - $298,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.

Requires an MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine and an active medical license. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.
