The provider will conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients in an outpatient opioid treatment program. They are responsible for prescribing medications and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery outcomes.
Candidates must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Washington with a DEA license. Experience in addiction recovery, behavioral health, and familiarity with MAT and state regulatory standards are preferred.
Makes a comprehensive physical assessment of patients consistent with training and education; Performs physical examinations on patients admitted for medication maintenance; Ensures physician medication orders are being followed. Refers patients to appropriate physicians and consults with the supervising physician; Evaluates patient care, adjusting the plan of care based on outcomes, diagnostic test results, and patient feedback; Provides patient and staff education on medication maintenance; Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF Standards, and clinic policy and procedure; Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation for roles at Wenatchee CTC varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Wenatchee CTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Washington as set forth below.Role Location: Washington Calculated Salary Range for role: $79 - $82 per hour.
Previous experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, such as outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities preferred Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone. Familiarity with state regulatory standards (e.g., 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, Joint Commission standards). No history of alcohol or drug misuse for a period of three years before employment Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensed to practice in the state of Washington DEA license.
