Provide holistic nursing care to patients in a 30-bed telemetry medical-surgical unit while fostering positive relationships with colleagues and families. Engage in patient education, quality improvement initiatives, and shared governance to enhance patient satisfaction.
Requires a minimum of 1 year of RN experience and a valid Registered Nurse license. BLS or CPR certification is required, and a BSN is preferred.
