Requires a high school diploma and a professional certification in medical assisting or a license as an LPN. Valid certifications such as CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA are required.
High school education required. Post high school health/medical studies with certification required: Certified Medical Assistants (CMA, AAMA), Registered Medical Assistants (RMA, AMT), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA, NHA), and National Certified Medical Assistants (NCMA).
