Description Eastern Shawnee Staffing Services is seeking a Family Practice Physician for a long-term contract assignment at Pinon Health Center in Pinon, Arizona. This outpatient and walk-in clinic opportunity offers the chance to provide high-quality care where it is needed most while enjoying a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions Conduct patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical histories Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with established clinical guidelines Deliver preventive care services and patient education Coordinate specialty referrals through the Patient Referred Care (PRC) process Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, behavioral health professionals, and other members of the healthcare team Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record Follow all IHS clinical, infection control, and patient safety policies Provide culturally sensitive and patient-centered care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support clinic performance goals Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) - RPMS
