The Chaplain provides spiritual counsel and support to hospice patients and their families through assessments and personalized care plans. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and faith communities to provide comfort, bereavement support, and memorial services.
Requires a Master of Divinity or equivalent graduate degree and at least two units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). A minimum of two years of work experience is required, with three years in pastoral care strongly preferred.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Master of Divinity Degree or equivalent graduate degree that provides advanced education to provide spiritual care and counseling. Minimum of two (2) units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) required. Minimum two years’ work experience. Three years of experience in Pastoral Care strongly preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Current driver's license and automobile insurance as required by Tennessee State Law.
